Survey Giveaway Rules

Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who live, work, attend school, or otherwise have a primary connection to one of the following counties in Middle Tennessee: Bedford, Cannon, Cheatham, Clay, Coffee, Cumberland, Davidson, DeKalb, Dickson, Fentress, Franklin, Giles, Hickman, Houston, Humphreys, Jackson, Lawrence, Lewis, Lincoln, Macon, Marshall, Maury, Montgomery, Moore, Overton, Perry, Pickett, Putnam, Robertson, Rutherford, Smith, Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, Van Buren, Warren, Wayne, White, Williamson, or Wilson County.

Employees, officers, board members, and immediate family members of the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee are not eligible to win.

How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter the giveaway by completing the Press Forward Middle Tennessee Survey and providing an email address at the end of the survey.

Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on June 11, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on June 21, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

Prize

One winner will receive a $100 gift card. The approximate retail value of the prize is $100. The prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection and NotificationThe winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will take place on or about June 24, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified within five business days using the email address provided at entry. If the potential winner does not respond within five business days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to follow these official rules and accept the decisions of the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee as final. The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, submitted outside the giveaway period, or otherwise inconsistent with these rules.

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Privacy

Email addresses collected for this giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner. Survey responses may be used by the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee and its partners for research, reporting, and community planning purposes. Personal contact information will not be sold.
